X

Text, photos, and videos to an X account, paid per post from your balance.

Account: an X account (formerly Twitter), connected through X's official login. Tebar only posts: X comments, messages, and statistics are not read.

Cost per post

X charges for every post made through an app like Tebar, so posts to X are charged to your balance, separately from your plan:

PostCharged to balance
Text, photo, or videoRp400
Text that contains a link (e.g. tebar.app or https://…)Rp4,000
Extra per photo with alternative text (alt text)Rp100
  • The balance is charged when the post publishes, not when it is scheduled. Posts that fail to publish are not charged (if a charge was already made, it is refunded).
  • The cost shows in the Create post window, next to the Post button. If the balance is too low, the post cannot be created until you top up.
  • Links make a post much more expensive because X itself charges more for posts with links. If you don't need one, write without a link, or use a version for the X account without the link.

What you can post

TypeRules
Text onlyUp to 280 weighted characters: emoji and Chinese/Japanese/Korean characters count as 2, every link counts as 23
Photos1 to 4 photos, each up to 5 MB
Video1 video, 0.5 seconds to 20 minutes, with no other photos

Text longer than 280 can go in a version for the X account (the account tab in the Create post window).

Access renews automatically

Access from X lasts 2 hours and Tebar renews it automatically, so scheduled posts still publish. If you revoke Tebar's access in X, the account shows Needs reconnecting and you get an email.

Don't connect the same X account through two Tebar accounts: the newer authorization cancels the older one.

Disconnecting the account

When you disconnect an X account on the Accounts page, Tebar revokes its access in X. You can check it in X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps.

Not available yet

Threads, replies, comments, and statistics on X. Reading data from X is also charged per item, so the cost of these features is being weighed first.
