Calendar

See every scheduled and published post, move the schedule, cancel, or retry.

The Posts menu shows every post by its publish date. The number next to the menu is how many posts are still scheduled.

Views

  • Calendar (default): choose Month or Week, move with the arrows, or click Today. On a phone, the calendar shows 3 days with hours, or a month with dots on the days that have posts.
  • List: scheduled posts at the top, then the history. Handy for checking statuses one by one.
  • Per account: open an account in the sidebar, then Schedule to see only that account's posts. New posts created from there go to that account.

Click the + on a day to create a post scheduled for that day.

Posts made outside Tebar

The calendar also shows posts you published straight from the Instagram, Threads, or TikTok app (TikTok Business accounts), so your whole content schedule is in one place. Click such a post to see its text, media, statistics, and a button to open it on the platform.

  • These posts are view-only. Their schedule cannot be changed and they cannot be canceled from Tebar.
  • Threads posts show up a few seconds after they publish, and leave the calendar if you delete them on Threads. Instagram and TikTok posts are read every few hours, so they can show up later.
  • For other platforms, the calendar only shows posts made through Tebar.

Managing posts

Click a post in the calendar to see its details: text, media, the status per account, and a link to the post on the platform.

ActionWhen
ReschedulePosts not published yet. You can also drag a post to another day
CancelPosts not published yet
RetryPosts that failed on one or more accounts; only the failed accounts are retried
Remove from historyFinished posts. The post on the platform is not deleted
DuplicateAny post. Opens the Create post window with the same text, media, and accounts

A post the platform is still processing cannot be changed or canceled.

Statuses

  • Scheduled: waiting for its publish time.
  • Publishing: being sent to the platform. Videos can take a few minutes.
  • Published: live on the platform. The link to the post appears once the platform provides it (TikTok can take a few minutes after publishing).
  • Partly failed: published on some accounts, failed on others. Retry only repeats the failed accounts.
  • Failed: the reason is in the post details. You also get an email, unless that notification is turned off in Settings.
  • Canceled: canceled before publishing.
