Create a post
Write once, choose accounts, adjust the version per account, then publish now or schedule it.
Click Create post in the sidebar (on a phone: the middle button at the bottom). The composer opens as a window on top of the page you are on.
1. Choose the accounts
The row of profile photos at the top shows your connected accounts. Click one to select or deselect it; selected accounts get a colored ring.
- With more than 11 accounts, the first 10 photos show along with a +N button. Click it to search and tick the others.
- The + button opens the page to connect a new account.
- Opening the composer from an account's menu (Schedule in the sidebar) selects that account for you.
2. Write the text and add media
- Type the text in the main box. The character counter follows the strictest limit among the selected accounts.
- Add photos or videos with the upload icon, or pick them from the media library with the icon next to it.
- Click the alt text button in the corner of a media item to describe the image for screen readers.
- JPEG or PNG photos up to 8 MB, MP4 or MOV videos up to 300 MB (Free plan: videos up to 100 MB).
Each platform's limits (number of media, video length, photo ratio) are on the Threads, Instagram, Facebook Page, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord, and Pinterest pages.
3. A version per account
The All tab holds the content sent to every account. To change the content for one account only:
- Pick that account's tab. With more than 4 accounts selected, click Per account and choose the account.
- Turn on Custom content. The text and media in that tab are now for that account only, and the All tab no longer applies to it.
Platform-specific settings are in the account tabs too, such as Threads polls and threads, Instagram Stories and Reels, TikTok privacy, LinkedIn visibility, sending without a notification on Telegram and Discord, or the Pinterest board. A green dot on a tab means that account has its own content; a red dot means something needs fixing.
4. Preview and checks
The Preview panel on the right shows the post as it will look in each platform's app. Below the composer, Tebar shows Ready to post or N to fix. Click the red text to see the problems per account, such as Instagram without a photo or text that is too long.
5. Publish or schedule
- Click the time button at the bottom right (Now at first), then choose Post now or Schedule with a date and time. The time follows your device's time zone.
- Click Post or Schedule.
The post shows up in the calendar right away. Each account can end differently: published on Threads but failed on Instagram, for example. Failure reasons are written in plain language, and failed posts can be retried.
Videos take time for the platform to process, so the status can stay "publishing" for a few minutes. A post sent twice (from a double click, for example) still becomes one post.
Schedule many posts from a CSV
To schedule a month of content to one account at once, open the Posts page and click Import CSV.
- Choose the account and time zone (WIB, WITA, or WIT). For YouTube, also say whether the videos are made for kids and choose their privacy.
- Download template, fill it in with Excel or Google Sheets, then save it as CSV.
- Upload the file. Tebar shows a preview of every row with its problems, if any. Rows with problems are not scheduled.
- Click Schedule.
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
time | Required. 2026-11-01 09:00 or 01/11/2026 09:00 (day/month/year) |
text | The post text |
media | Links to publicly reachable photos or videos, separated by | if more than one |
title | YouTube only, required |
The Indonesian column names (waktu, teks, judul) work too.
- Up to 100 posts per file.
- Uploading the same file again does not create duplicate posts, so it is safe to retry the rows that failed.
- TikTok is not available through CSV, because each TikTok post has to be set up on its own in the Create post window.
