Workspaces
Separate workspaces per client or brand inside one Tebar account, each with its own social accounts, posts, and media.
A workspace is a separate space inside your Tebar account, much like a workspace in Slack or Notion. You log in with one Tebar account, then switch between several workspaces whose content never mixes. In the API and MCP, a workspace is called a profile.
Each workspace has its own:
- connected social accounts,
- posts and calendar,
- media library,
- ideas board,
- comments and statistics,
- API keys and AI connections.
For example, an agency managing three clients can create the workspaces Client A, Client B, and Client C. While working in Client A's workspace, you only see Client A's accounts, posts, and media, so there is no risk of posting to the wrong client's account.
Your subscription and billing stay one, on your Tebar account, and apply to every workspace at once.
Every Tebar account has a default workspace named Main (Utama in Indonesian). If you only have one workspace, nothing changes in the dashboard.
Needs a paid plan
Extra workspaces are available on the Starter, Basic, and Pro plans. Your plan's account limit applies to all workspaces together.
Creating a workspace
Open the account menu at the bottom left → Workspaces → Create workspace, then give it a name (the client's name, for example). In Developer mode there is also an External ID field to store the client's ID from your own system.
Switching workspaces
Once there is more than one workspace, a workspace switcher appears above the Create post button (on a phone: at the top of the screen). Choose a workspace, and the whole dashboard (posts, calendar, media, comments, statistics) shows only that workspace's content. Your choice is remembered on that device.
Connecting accounts to a workspace
- On the Workspaces page, click Connect account on the row of the workspace you want.
- Or choose the workspace in the switcher first, then connect the account as usual.
- For accounts owned by a client who has no access to Tebar, send a connect link so the client can connect the account themselves.
A social account can only be in one workspace.
Moving accounts
On the Accounts page, click Move on the account you want to move, then choose the target workspace. Its comments and statistics move too, while posts already created stay in the old workspace. An account that still has posts waiting to publish cannot be moved yet: publish or cancel those posts first.
API keys and AI per workspace
- An API key can be locked to one workspace (the … menu on the workspace → Create an API key). Such a key can only see and change that workspace's content, so it is safe to give to a client or to an app that serves one client.
- When connecting Claude or ChatGPT, you choose which workspace it may access. The AI only works in that workspace.
Deleting a workspace
The … menu on the workspace → Delete workspace, then type the workspace's name to confirm. The workspace's accounts are disconnected, its scheduled posts are canceled, then its posts, media, comments, statistics, API keys, and AI connections are deleted. The default Main workspace cannot be deleted.
