Get TikTok posting settings

/v1/accounts/{id}/tiktok/creator-info

TikTok accounts only: privacy options, interactions the creator turned off, maximum video length, video_public_only, and can_post (from TikTok, cached 1 minute). Show these before posting to TikTok.

Requires the read scope.
