Create a Pinterest board

A public board, added to the cached board list right away.

Requires the write scope.

List Pinterest boards GET

Pinterest accounts only: boards a Pin can be saved to, [{ id, name, privacy }]. Cached 10 minutes; refresh=1 reads Pinterest again. Other accounts: 400 not_pinterest. Requires the read scope.

Get YouTube uploads left today GET

{ used, limit, user_used, user_limit, resets_at }. Past either limit, videos wait for the reset (midnight Pacific time) instead of failing. Requires the read scope.
