Delete a profile

DELETE
/v1/profiles/{id}

The profile disappears right away; its keys, MCP tokens, and connect links stop working, its accounts are disconnected, and waiting posts are canceled. The rest is removed in the background, then a profile.deleted webhook is sent. The default profile cannot be deleted.

Requires the write scope. Owner key or session only: a profile key gets 403 owner_key_required.

Update a profile PATCH

external_id null removes it; one used by another profile: 409 external_id_taken. Requires the write scope. Owner key or session only: a profile key gets 403 owner_key_required.

Create a connect link POST

A page where your client connects their accounts into the profile ({id} may be its external_id). redirect_url's origin must be allowed in /v1/connect/redirect-origins (422 redirect_origin_not_allowed); state comes back unchanged. Requires the write scope. Owner key or session only: a profile key gets 403 owner_key_required.
