Get a post on an account

GET
/v1/accounts/{id}/posts/{postId}

By the platform's post id, with thread: the rest of a Threads thread, read from Threads now (null on other platforms).

Requires the read scope.

Get the photos and videos of a post GET

Instagram and Threads, read from the platform now: data[] of { type, url, thumbnail_url }. URLs are signed platform CDN links that expire: use them right away. Requires the read scope.
