# TikTok (/en/tiktok)

**Account:** a personal or business TikTok account, connected through TikTok's official login. To post **videos**, the account must be **public**.

## What you can post [#what-you-can-post]

TikTok always needs media, and a post holds videos **or** photos, never both.

## Settings in the TikTok account tab [#settings-in-the-tiktok-account-tab]

TikTok requires some choices to be made by the account owner, so Tebar never fills them in for you:

- **Post directly** or **Send as a draft**. A draft goes to your TikTok app's notifications to be finished there.
- **Who can see it**: required for direct posts. **Videos are always public**; the other options only apply to photos.
- **Allow** comments, Duet, and Stitch. All are off until you turn them on; Duet and Stitch are for videos only. Anything turned off in your TikTok settings stays off.
- **Content disclosure**: turn it on when the post promotes yourself, a brand, a product, or a service.
- Photos only: **title** and **automatic music**.

## After posting [#after-posting]

TikTok moderates every post before it goes live, usually in under a minute. The link to the post shows up in Tebar a few minutes after it publishes.

## Quota [#quota]

About 15 posts per 24 hours per account, counted by TikTok across **every app** you use, and 6 a minute. Tebar sends at most 3 posts a minute to one account; the rest wait for the next minute.

If TikTok still holds a post back for these limits, the post **does not fail**: it shows as _Waiting_, is tried again by itself (after 5 minutes for the per-minute limit, every hour for the daily one), and you get an email, at most once a day per account. To avoid the wait, spread your TikTok posts over the day. See [Limitations](/en/batasan#posting-limits).

## Comments and statistics [#comments-and-statistics]

- Comments on your latest videos arrive in the [Comments inbox](/en/komentar) every 30 minutes, and can be replied to or hidden from Tebar.
- [Statistics](/en/statistik): followers, views, likes, comments, shares, and profile visits, up to 60 days back. TikTok's daily numbers lag 1 to 2 days.
