# Plans & limits (/en/paket)

Full pricing is at [tebar.app/en/harga](https://tebar.app/en/harga). Plans are chosen and paid for under **Subscription** in the [dashboard](https://publish.tebar.app/billing).

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah.

- **Trial:** new sign-ups get Pro for 14 days after confirming their email, once per account.
- **Payment:** prepaid for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months with QRIS, a virtual account, or an e-wallet (Duitku), or from your [balance](#balance). You get reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before the plan ends.
- **Grace period:** an expired paid plan keeps working for 3 more days, then the account moves to Free. The trial has no grace period.

## Balance [#balance]

The balance is money you keep in Tebar to buy and renew plans. See it under **Subscription** → **Balance**.

- **Top up:** choose Rp25,000, Rp50,000, Rp100,000, or Rp250,000, or enter your own amount (Rp10,000 to Rp5,000,000), then pay with QRIS, a virtual account, or an e-wallet. The balance is added once the payment is confirmed.
- **Buying a plan:** the balance is used first. If it is enough, the plan starts right away without a payment page. If it is not, the rest is paid through Duitku. That remainder is at least Rp10,000, so sometimes not all of the balance is used. Turn off **Use balance** in the payment window to pay in full without the balance.
- **Unpaid invoices:** the balance used for an invoice comes back once the invoice expires (24 hours). If the payment still arrives after that, the money is added to your balance.
- **Auto-renew:** turn it on in the Balance section, then choose a plan and length. The balance is charged a day before the plan (or trial) ends, so the plan never lapses. You get an email 3 days before. If the balance is short, you get an email and the renewal is retried every hour during the grace period, and right after a top-up.
- **Posting to X:** every post to X is also charged to the balance when it publishes, because X charges Tebar per post. The rates are on the [X](/en/x) page.
- The balance cannot be withdrawn or moved to another account, and it does not expire. **Balance history** lists every top-up, purchase, and refund.

## Vouchers [#vouchers]

There are two kinds of voucher:

- **Free plan time**, for example 12 months of Pro. Enter the code when signing up (click **Have a voucher code?**), or under **Subscription** → **Have a voucher?** → **Apply**. The free time starts after the current plan ends, including a trial, so no days are lost. A voucher entered at sign-up starts once your email is confirmed.
- **Discount**, a percentage or a rupiah amount off. Enter it under **Subscription** → **Have a voucher?** before choosing a plan; the price you will pay shows right away on the plan cards and the payment page. The total after the discount is at least Rp10,000, Duitku's minimum payment.

Each account can use a given voucher only once. A voucher can have a usage limit and an end date.

## Claude, ChatGPT, and the API on the Free plan [#claude-chatgpt-and-the-api-on-the-free-plan]

On the Free plan, Tebar stays connected in Claude or ChatGPT and the tool list still shows, but every tool answers that MCP access needs a paid plan (Starter, Basic, or Pro), with an upgrade link. Nothing is run. API keys and AI connections are not revoked, so everything works again as soon as you upgrade.

REST requests with an API key or OAuth token get `403 plan_required`:

```json
{
  "error": {
    "code": "plan_required",
    "message": "API access needs a paid plan (Starter, Basic or Pro). Upgrade at https://publish.tebar.app/billing",
    "details": { "upgrade_url": "https://publish.tebar.app/billing" }
  }
}
```

## Accounts over the limit [#accounts-over-the-limit]

When a plan goes down (when a trial ends, for example), the longest-connected accounts stay active up to the plan's limit, and the rest are **deactivated**. Deactivated accounts are not deleted: their tokens and history are kept, but they cannot be used for posting and their comments are not synced.

- In `GET /v1/accounts`, a deactivated account has `plan_suspended: true`.
- Creating a post for a deactivated account is refused with `422 account_plan_inactive`. Scheduled posts to that account fail when due with the same `error_code`.
- You can choose which accounts stay active on the **Accounts** page of the dashboard. After an upgrade, deactivated accounts become active again automatically.
- Connecting a new account when the limit is reached is refused with `403 plan_account_limit`. Reconnecting an existing account is still allowed.

## Post quota (Free) [#post-quota-free]

One post counts as one, however many accounts it goes to. What counts is the posts created this month (WIB, UTC+7), published right away or scheduled. Canceled posts do not count. The quota resets on the 1st at 00:00 WIB. When it runs out, creating a post is refused with `403 plan_post_quota` and `details.limit`.
