# Quick start (/en/mulai)

## 1. Sign up [#1-sign-up]

Open [publish.tebar.app/register](https://publish.tebar.app/register), enter your email and a password, then click the confirmation link sent to your email.

  Until your email is confirmed, Tebar cannot be used, including from Claude or the API.

The dashboard follows your browser's language. You can switch between English and Bahasa Indonesia any time in **Settings** → **Language**.

## 2. Connect your social accounts [#2-connect-your-social-accounts]

In the dashboard, open **Accounts** and choose a platform:

| Platform  | Requirements                                                                                               |
| --------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Instagram | A **Business** or **Creator** account. A personal account can be switched for free in Instagram's settings |
| Threads   | A regular Threads account                                                                                  |
| TikTok    | A personal or business account. To post videos, the account must be **public** (videos are always public)  |
| YouTube   | Your YouTube channel, through Google's official login                                                      |
| LinkedIn  | A personal profile (posting only; LinkedIn comments and statistics are not read yet)                       |
| X         | An X account (posting only). Each post is charged to your [balance](/en/paket#balance)                     |
| Telegram  | Channels and groups you manage, through the @TebarAppBot bot (posting only)                                |
| Discord   | Server channels you manage, through Discord's official authorization page (posting only)                   |
| Pinterest | Business accounts, through Pinterest's official login (posting only)                                       |

You will be sent to the official login page of Meta (Instagram, Threads), TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, or Pinterest. For Discord, you pick the server and channel on Discord's authorization page ([steps here](/en/discord)). Telegram is different: you add the Tebar bot to a channel or group, [steps here](/en/telegram). Tebar never sees the password of your social accounts.

While you log in, the platform shows the permissions Tebar asks for, such as publishing content, reading and replying to comments, and reading statistics. If some permissions are not granted, the related features (replying to comments, for example) cannot be used until the account is reconnected.

## 3. Create your first post [#3-create-your-first-post]

From the dashboard: click **Create post**, choose accounts, write the text, add photos or videos, then click **Post** or set a schedule. The full guide is in [Creating a post](/en/buat-post).

## Account status [#account-status]

Access from a platform can end, for example after you change your Instagram password or revoke Tebar's access in the TikTok app. The account then shows **Needs reconnecting** and Tebar sends you an email. Open **Accounts** and reconnect it. Scheduled posts are kept.
